By the way, this is a shot of private property, so I'm not all sure what I'm allowed to do with it, even though I shot it from public property.

I think you can take a picture of whatever you want, you just need permission if you are going to sell it....I think. We once had a writer from Bend take pictures of the school for a book she was working on. She had her lawyer send us a release to use them. However, she went inside the building. I like your work!

I like both, the black and white one looks old, and the colored one gives a lot of detail to the picture.
